Terms of Service

1 Overview

Revino provides AI-powered cybersecurity solutions, including fileless malware detection (Abhed™), phishing protection (Sudarshan™), threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and autonomous defense systems. These Terms govern your access and usage of all Revino services, including dashboards, APIs, integrations, and security infrastructure.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement
• If you are using Revino on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms

3 Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and security keys
• You must notify us immediately at hello@revinosec.com of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Revino reserves the right to suspend access in case of suspicious activity, security violations, or unauthorized use

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Violate any laws (e.g., IT Act, 2000; DPDP Act, 2023; CERT-In guidelines)
• Distribute malware, conduct penetration testing without authorization, or disrupt Revino's systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform for unauthorized security testing on third-party systems
• Share access credentials or security reports with unauthorized parties

5 Services Scope

• Revino offers platforms and tools for threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring
• We provide technology infrastructure and AI-powered defense systems
• We do not guarantee prevention of all security incidents or zero-day attacks
• Our role is limited to providing cybersecurity technology and threat intelligence
• Clients remain responsible for their overall security posture and incident response procedures

6 Threat Detection & Response Disclaimer

Revino provides advanced AI-powered threat detection and automated response capabilities. However:

Revino plays no role in legal liability for security breaches. All incident response, regulatory reporting, and breach notifications remain the client's responsibility.

7 Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are prepaid and governed by custom enterprise pricing or platform plans
• All fees are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes
• Non-payment beyond 7 days may lead to service suspension
• No refunds are issued for partial use or early termination unless explicitly agreed in writing

8 Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of sixty (60) days advance written notice.

Revino reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in case of:

• Legal or policy violation
• Fraudulent activity, security abuse, or unauthorized use
• Regulatory requirement or critical security concern
• Non-payment or breach of contract

9 Intellectual Property

• All AI models, algorithms, code, tools, designs, logos, and product IP are owned by Revino
• Clients may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or replicate any part of the platform without prior written consent
• Threat intelligence data and security reports remain Revino's proprietary information

10 Data Privacy

• All security logs and telemetry data are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary authorization for system monitoring
• Revino follows best practices in encryption, zero-trust architecture, and regular security audits

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Revino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or security breaches
• Revino's total cumulative liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the incident
• Revino is not responsible for threats that bypass our detection systems due to zero-day exploits, advanced persistent threats (APTs), or sophisticated attack vectors unknown at deployment time

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revino, its founders, employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized use of the platform or security tools
• Any third-party claim related to security incidents in your infrastructure
• Misuse of threat intelligence or security reports

13 Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

By using Revino, you agree that:

• Any dispute shall be resolved via private discussion or arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts
• You waive any right to initiate legal proceedings in consumer forums

14 Force Majeure

Revino shall not be responsible for service delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Internet outages or network disruptions
• Natural disasters or acts of war
• Sophisticated cyberattacks on infrastructure providers
• Governmental orders or regulatory actions
• Cloud provider or API disruptions

15 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
